Waarom aanbestedingen bijna altijd mislukken Probleem stelling Het doel van de aanbesteding is om alle leverancier de zelfde kansen te geven. Iedereen krijgt dezelfde informatie en eisen. Bron: overheid. Natuurlijk is de bedoeling dat de aanbesteding oplevert een contract waarmee de leverancier wordt gekozen die aan alle eisen voldoet en toch een marktconforme prijs heeft. In de praktijk is dit meestal de laagste prijs. Helaas is mijn ervaring dat dit niet een win-win situatie oplevert, maar juist dat beide partijen verliezen.

Is the Cloud secure? Often the opinion is that the cloud is not as secure as a datacenter on premise. I think it is the opposite. The Cloud is fully closed by default and everything is compartment oriented. To have access to servers and data only one front entrance is available by design. One entrance is much easiler to secure, then all kinds of different gates. Of course the security is fully depending on the right setup of the resources.
